  • Coordination of all activities that are required to handle and fix customer complaints
  • Chair of Freiburg Complaint Board
  • Closely cooperate with Product Managers, Product Specialist Automated Systems (Uppsala and Freiburg), Service Laboratory, Development and Process Engineering teams, Quality Assurance, Supply, and Quality Management
  • Collection of all relevant information from Market Companies
  • Cooperation with the technical support team in Uppsala for instrument related issues
  • Initiation of all activities that can help to solve issues
  • Feedback the answers to the Market Companies, prepare reports about all issues resulting from complaints in CMS
  • Summarize and document all Complaint activities, including monthly trending
Keys to Success:
  • University degree in natural or pharmaceutical science (health science, biology, biochemistry area) with relevant professional experience as Complaint Manager (or similar)
  • Driver who is fact and target driven and result oriented
  • Independent and well-structured approach of tasks
  • Excellent team working and communication skills
  • Excellent spoken and written language skills in English and German
