This is a remote role

This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting embedded sponsor team as a Senior Contracts and Budget Negotiator home-based anywhere in Czech Republic / Slovakia As a Contracts Associate you will be responsible to:

  • Prepare, negotiate, analyze, escalate and finalize all required site agreements and budgets.
  • Utilize legal and budget parameters fallback to expedite negotiations.
  • Ensure regular communication and escalations to expedite the planning, execution, issue resolution and management of Site/Investigator agreements and other essential documents as required.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Site Activation requirements versus contracting turnaround times to support study start up cycle times.
  • Review readlines and provide related support to less experienced negotiators.

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of contract and budget experience in a clinical trial setting working at CRO, pharmaceutical company or investigative site
  • Although continuous support will be provided, due to the remote nature of the role, you must be confident working autonomously to ensure delivery of expectations
  • You will have full working rights in Czech Republic or in Slovakia
