Job Description

Location/Division Specific InformationThis role is in the Product Data Management (PDM) Team, part of the Business Operations Team supporting the LSLPG, BPG and GSG Groups. The PDM team has locations in NA, EMEA and APAC regions.

Discover Impactful Work:The Product Master Data Analyst is responsible for driving product data changes throughout the lifecycle of the product in compliance with corporate procedures and 21 CFR Part 11.

A day in the Life:

  • Drive the processes for product creation, maintenance, and discontinuation through change control workflows.
  • Actively participates in Tier 1 Board meetings providing observations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Identifies appropriate approvers for the change orders and follows up with approvers and raises as needed.
  • Ensures adherence to the product master data standards and processes.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in data sciences or information technologies related fields.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in Product Life Cycle Management and Change control desirable

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Working knowledge of Product Life Management (PLM) and ERP systems.
  • Possess the ability (verbal and written) to communicate effectively to impacted functions/groups.
  • Document areas for Process Improvement initiatives applying the PPI (Process improvement, Lean Six Sigma) methodologies.
  • A self-starter, organized, detail and results oriented, and able to adapt to change.

The annual minimum and maximum salary range is €17,300.00 to €25,925.00, respectively.

This translates to a monthly salary range of approximately €1,441.67 to €2,160.42 before taxes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €18,800.00–€28,250.00.
