Job Description

Responsible to maintain production cells and molding machines running by providing production schedule to the warehouse on a timely manner, as well to maintain supply of purchased of raw materials on time to the site. Work with internal and external parties to move forward with schedule initiatives to improve scheduling visibility. Responsible to deliver products on time to the Distribution center and to reduce backorder and deliver to customer within AOP. Responsible to maintain production schedule adherence on target.

1) Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.

2) Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives.

3) Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. 4) Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees.

4) Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Responsible for short-term (day-to-day, weekly, or monthly deliverables.

5) Accountable for customer service, inventory, and manufacturing cost including optimized resource schedule

6) Capacity planning for rolling 12-18 months (equipment and shift capacity) – as well as one network view for total capacity

7) Planning of the monthly buckets to achieve customer service

8) Level loading of the production and alignment of the inventory impact

9) Analysis of demand patterns together with demand planning to achieve a smooth production plan. 10) Leads ramp up and ramp down production for inventory planning at site )

11) Planning of the weekly buckets to achieve customer service

12) Setup of a feasible production schedule, capacity change overs, shift models, and production set up wheel

13) When in backlog situation, priority tool is utilized to minimize impact

14) Daily alignment with manufacturing and deviation management

15) Support in weekly ramp up and ramp down planning
