Site Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:

Provide technical support and expertise in development and maintenance of clinical trial intelligence systems, working with various data sources, programming/scripting and designing dashboards used by Feasibility and Site Intelligence teams.

Key Accountabilities:Function as first line technical support for feasibility / site intelligence department toolsInteract with end users and interpret feedback to troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and understand functionality enhancement requirementsGenerate and maintain Python code used to periodically retrieve data from APIs and write back to databaseSupport development and maintenance of Spotfire (or Power BI) dashboards, manipulating large data sets, creating data visualizations, and applying scripts to extend dashboard functionalityReview data assets of primary systems that feed into downstream department tools and understand benefit/impact for our internal customersSupport in responding to requests for summaries / metrics of available dataCoordinate training for new colleagues supporting related tools

Skills:Python Programming - 6+ months experience requiredSQL - basic understanding with a willingness to jump in and learn as neededDashboards: Spotfire or Power BI – basic awareness with a willingness to learn as neededHTML/JavaScript: basic familiarity

Education

BA. in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, International Business are preferred
