We have an excellent opportunity for an individual to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) team based in Allentown. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an expanding Global Business Service in an organization considered a global leader in its field which offers great career development and opportunities! We will be working to harmonize processes across regions to increase efficiency in the invoicing processes. This role will prepare invoicing and billing packages for sites within our Division. Our team is looking for an impactful individual who excels in a fast-paced goal driven environment.

A day in the Life:
  • Preparation of invoices across service lines. Ability to review work prior to submission to maintain right the first-time approach
  • Reviews contract and configures invoicing according to agreed terms
  • Tracking and handling not only revenue in Client specific revenue & deferred revenue trackers, but also Intercompany invoices to ensure correct treatment of monthly revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify maximum efficiency and effective resolution of issues, with a goal of continuously decreasing unbilled revenues.
  • Ad Hoc accounting projects supporting finance and accounting functions

Keys to Success:

Education

High School diploma required. Associates or equivalent experience acceptable

Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue recognition, preferably in billing and invoicing
  • Proficient in excel and other Microsoft applications
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skills

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail as accuracy is required in performing all aspects of the role
  • Highly organized, with analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to summarize and present information in a concise and effective manner
