PATHEON, membre du groupe Thermo Fisher Scientific, leader mondial dans la sous-traitance pharmaceutique (développement et fabrication de produits pour l’industrie pharmaceutique et biotechnologique) recherche, pour son site français situé à Bourgoin Jallieu (Env. 530 pers.) un stagiaire Ingénieur de production pour une durée de 6 mois.

Les missions identifiées seront :

• Amélioration de la performance de 2 lignes de conditionnement manuelles : gain en productivité, automatisation

• Etude des cahiers des charges et formalisation des besoins

• Etude de rentabilité

• Démarchage des fournisseurs, benchmark interne et externe

• Intégration de nouveaux produits : définition du process et intégration sur ligne

• Suivi des indicateurs performance de production

• Actualiser les procédures, modes opératoire et documentation en fonction des avancées

Profil: Étudiant d'ingénierie généraliste ou génie industriel, idéalement pharmacien-ingénieur (ou connaissance des BPF)

PATHEON, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific group is a global leader in pharmaceutical outsourcing (development and manufacturing of products for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry), is currently seeking intern for 6 months intern production engineer for its site located in Bourgoin Jallieu, France (approximately 530 employees).

Here are the tasks identified:

• Improving the performance of 2 manual packaging lines: productivity gains, automation

• Study of specifications and formalization of requirements

• Profitability study

• Sourcing suppliers, internal and external benchmarking

• Integration of new products: process definition and line integration

• Monitoring of production performance indicators

• Update procedures, operating modes and documentation in line with new developments

Profile: general engineer or industrial engineer student, ideally pharmacist-engineer (or GMP knowledge)
