How will you make an impact:

Seeking a FP&A Analyst who will be an integral part of Specialty diagnostics division finance team to support the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives.

What you will do:

• Create and run reports for the division
• Business partner for transplant diagnostics, microbiology diagnostics and clinical diagnostics division.
• Analyze and provide insights to leverage profitability
• Coordinate and support various ad hoc projects and request for data or analysis
• Drive productivity and efficiency through innovation, improvements in execution and PPI implementation

• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task and interface in a fast-paced environment throughout all levels of the organization
• Possesses initiative, passion, intellectual curiosity, and a questioning/positive demeanor
• Demonstrate capabilities to continuously improve processes

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields
• 2+ years of business finance experience
• High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Advanced English / Spanish will be a plus
