Zollbeauftragte*n / Exportbeauftragte*n (m/w/d)
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:
- Betreuung internationaler Import- und Export-Abwicklungen unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten Zollvorgaben
- Überwachung der termin- und sachgerechten Versandabwicklung
- Sicherstellung der Versand- und Zollabwicklung
- Externe Abstimmung mit Behörden und Zollämtern zu Genehmigungen und Vorschriften
- Ansprechpartner*in bei Betriebsprüfungen durch das Hauptzollamt
- Prüfen der Speditionsrechnungen hinsichtlich Zolltarifnummern und Zollbeträge
- Tarifieren von Waren im Außenhandel
- Kontakt mit Lieferanten/Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen
- Administrative Aufgaben im Bereich Wareneingang
Überzeuge uns durch:
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Import / Export, Zollabwicklung und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
- Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
- Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie selbstständiges und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
