  Basic Summary We are seeking a Manager, Office Administration and Executive Assistant position for our Biologics Testing Solutions site located in Wayne.

You may be required to work a rotating shift schedule that may require weekend hours.


Lead office-related administrative and operational support and services to Site Director and senior staff.

Work with confidential information, prepare reports and presentations, manage schedules, calendars and travel arrangements, plan and coordinate events, maintain the office and assist with special projects as directed. Manage office space and administrative support staff.   Lead internal employee activities, Corporate Social Responsibilities and site communications and manage budgets for the same.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide general administrative support to Site Director and Site Management including but not limited to: managing calendars, preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, feedback surveys miscellaneous projects for Site Management and other staff as required. Monitor and update status as needed. Maintain calendars and set appointments as requested. Manage office space assigning new workstations as requested. Participate in master plan development for Malvern and Wayne sites. Facilitate office moves. Oversee the Corporate Social Responsibility and employee activities committees at the site including communicating events, taking photos, and posting on internal social media and TV screens. Arrange and conduct various types of meetings and take meeting minutes for the Site Director and Management Team. Manage local office purchases, accounts payables and assist in reception functions. Supervise administrative support staff. Assign Administrative team support as needed throughout PA Biologics. Schedule travel arrangements, complete expense reports and plan, arrange and organize site meetings and events. Answer questions and provide assistance related to office operations and established policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree (A.A/AS.) or equivalent from two year college required. 7 year's related experience with previous supervisory experience required An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Office, creating presentations, spreadsheets and data base applications required.
