Discover Impactful Work:

Join a collaborative manufacturing environment responsible for producing molecular biology reagents used in Life Sciences industries. This position requires working in a timely and efficient manner to produce buffers and solutions in a laboratory setting. Additionally, we apply pH meter and refractometer techniques to ensure real-time and accurate data entry into batch records. We are seeking an energetic individual with effective communication along with technical and operational skills to join our team! This is an equal-opportunity position.

Shift Information

Day Shift – Monday through Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm PST

A day in the Life:

  • Maintains a safe work environment
  • Performs work in accordance with daily production schedules to fulfill work orders and special requests
  • Follows batch records to perform solution preparation while documenting the production process as required
  • Applies basic mathematical skills to perform required calculations and provides accurate data documentation
  • Maintains cleanliness of the solutions lab
  • Maintains inventory of chemicals, solutions and reagents
  • Learns and follows all departmental SOPs, guidelines, and procedures
  • Performs other related activities as assigned by supervisor

Keys to Success

Education & Experience

A combination of education and experience that confer the needed manufacturing, scientific, and laboratory technical skills will be considered such as:

High school diploma (or GED) required and at least 2 years’ experience in a related field, preferably a manufacturing environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $19.64–$29.46.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
