Summarized Purpose: Manages the DTP aspects of a project in the localization process. Responsible for the project quality and delivery from the DTP perspective.

Essential Function:

• Manages DTP tasks for assigned projects. 

• Responsible for the project quality and delivery from the DTP perspective. 

• Performs DTP quality checks as required. 

• Writes DTP instructions for projects. 

• Supports Project Manager with technical aspects of a project

Education and Experience:High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. Technical positions may require a certificate Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and graphic tools 

• Knowledge of PDF OCR tools 

• Troubleshooting abilities

• Quality Process driven 

• Proven Project Management abilities 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
