Together there are 90 000 employees working for Thermo Fisher Scientific globally.What will you do?We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Product Information Lead within the Product Information team.The team creates and updates product information in the form of User manuals, Directions for use (DfU) and Labels/Box prints.As the Product Information Lead you will lead activities to enable cross functional collaboration as well as securing compliance with our QMS.You will be an important player in the group, planning and coordinating the team's deliverables in product development- and product care projects/activities. You'll work closely with the experts and manager in the team as well as with other functions in the organization.Some of your responsibilities:

  • Work with quality management, CAPA-investigation, NC-management, reclamations and risk management.
  • Plan and perform self inspections
  • Plan, follow, document and report KPIs and status in activities.
  • Evaluate, improve and implement processes to facilitate quality and productivity.
  • Lead activities related to Product information (CR/CO management)

How will you get there?This role suits someone with leader qualities and who is flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations. You are driven problem solver and an excellent collaborator, who communicates clearly and works proactively. You can analyse and re-prioritize tasks within short time frames depending on the organization’s demands.Requirements for the role:

  • University degree in the life science field (or equivalent) and minimum of three years' experience in R&D, Operations, Regulatory or Quality environment.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English (both written and oral)
  • Experience working effectively in a cross functional environment
  • Experience in leading activities in a project setting is preferred
