Job Description

How you will make an impact:

Seeking a Senior Accounts Payable to be focus in the Intercompany process and to ensure transactional excellence related to intercompany AR/AP.

They will partner with a broad number of external and internal business partners, such as Trade Partners, Procurement Team, Tax, Accounting, Compliance & Audit. The focus is on driving day to day Intercompany activities to achieve invoice booking efficiency, GIT, GRIR and input VAT goals.

What you will do:

• Reporting and analytics on Intercompany related topics.
• Arrange payment with schedule, provide payment details when required.
• Collect invoices (Pre-call/prepare/send statements with current invoices), call on past due invoices, problem solve disputes with intercompany customer and CSR team.
• Responsible for intercompany charge in/out.
• Month-end intercompany AR reconciliation.
• In charge of BS recon comments, BS reconciliation, check list and other related reports.
• Work closely with FP&A, Tax to resolve charge out related.
• Participate in trainings to engage non-finance teams in finance related compliance and processes.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate internal controls to ensure 100% SOX compliance.
• Participate in various finance projects and initiatives to drive improvements in execution.

• Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

• 4+ years of experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Ability to quickly learn organization specific computer applications, ability to learn accounting principles
• Good spoken and written communication skills are required to collaborate with various partners
• Proficient Excel skills and ERP experience (i.e. SAP, JDE)
• High attention to detail and accuracy is a critical component of role
