The Project Coordinator 2 position will coordinate several critical data submission projects for a multi-million dollar client in addition to handling a number of other internal projects ranging from contracts and agreements  processing to the completion of security assessments to performing Jira ticket management handling. Duties will be performed in collaboration with external vendors and government agencies as well as project team members across Development, Quality Assurance, Biostats, IT Security and Technical Support. The incumbent is expected to be able to deliver, within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, projects utilizing defined SDLC and multiple vendor defined systems and processes. 

Specific responsibilities may include:
·               Project communication
·               Technical troubleshooting and testing on data submission files
·               Overall responsibility for project deliverables

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, 
• Experience within a regulated industry environment, preferably GxP-related
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Some experience with SDLC
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate several projects at once

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years project management experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Candidate should have at least one year demonstrated experience in data submissions and validations for accrediting agencies including but not limited to DCRI, TJC, Coverdell & MA PSS.
