Site Payments Manager

Our clinical operations activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Site PaymentsManager to join our Site Payments & Contracts department. This position plays a key role in the clinical trial management process at Medpace. • Develop study investigator budgets and payment schedules for global studies;
• Provide Investigator budget information for bids and proposals;
• Oversee site payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
• Provide oversight and guidance to site payments associates;
• Initiate collaboration between site payments and contracts associates to adhere to study start-up timelines.

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in clinical operations; or
• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA, or CPA with 3 years of job-related experience, preferably in clinical operations and/or site start-up or in a similar industry/environment;
• Broad knowledge of clinical trial conduct, specifically patient recruitment, tracking, and projections;
• Ability to develop budgets and make decisions regarding the ongoing management of the investigator grants budget for multiple studies.
• Bilingual Japanese and English
