Meet the AIML Solutions Team

This high-profile team work on ground-breaking problems in health outcomes across disease areas including Ophthalmology, Oncology, Neurology, Chronic diseases (such as diabetes), and a variety of very rare conditions. The team works hand-in-hand with Statisticians, Epidemiologists and disease area experts across the wider global Real World Solutions group, leveraging a vast variety of anonymous patient-level information.

I was looking for a place that is big enough to provide challenging problems, while also retaining a “human face”. On top of that, I wanted it to provide enough freedom so I could take initiative while also providing enough guidance so I can learn. IQVIA gives all that and I don’t regret coming here.

From the very first day I was positively surprised how open and supportive everyone was. I also appreciate the learning opportunity – I’ve grown my skills quite a bit since joining IQVIA.

Because IQVIA is a good combination of mastery and autonomy – you will be able to grow your skill, propose solutions, take initiative, build innovative solutions, work with people from around the world, deliver value at scale… and of course have fun while doing so.’  - Big Data Engineer, AIML Solutions Warsaw Team
