Clinical Trial Manager

As a Clinical Trial Manager you will play a key role in improving the lives of patients by accelerating the development of our customers drugs and devices through innovative solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Primary point of contact to lead, manage and co-ordinate the conduct of clinical trials from study start-up (COLA) to close out at a country level in accordance with ICH-GCP and other applicable local regulations.
  • Maintains the quality and scientific integrity of clinical trials at a country level.
  • Collaborates with cross functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution, budget execution of clinical trial deliverables within the country.
  • Maintains expert country, site and protocol knowledge to support sites with questions as well as build strong site relationships.
  • Partners with global, local country teams and study team to provide high level country strategy, drive study progress and country level study delivery.
  • Accountable for study deliverables and drives key decisions within set country.
  • Acts as coordinating CTM to ensure consistency of training, processes and systems related practices as well as ad -hoc coordinating activities.
  • Mentors junior level staff. 

What You Need to Have:

  • Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in clinical, science, or health related field from an accredited institution; a licensed healthcare professional (i.e. registered nurse); or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of Clinical Research Experience required, including at least 2 years of experience in Clinical Trial ;anagement.
  • Knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority applicable regulations.
  • Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required. 
  • Availability to go to the offices at least once a week - located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
