The Human Resources Data Management Associate is part of a global team which provides centralized support for the PPD employees.The role is key for the maintenance of process data flows in the core HR systems, data integrity and employee/manager experience through the self-service functionalities.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

Work in 2 main systems – Primary HR System of Record (Oracle) and a ticketing system (ServiceNow) Mass-uploads and singular data items commitment in the systems Validation of HR systems transactions (based on employees’ self-service) Data validation between system (HR and other) Data audits (implementation of data clean-ups) Collaboration with employees, HR Administration, Total rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and other teams in the company

At least one year of data entry, data processing, or relevant administrative experience Critical thinking, tech savy, analytical with strong attention to detail Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage Experience with HR Systems/processes is an advantage Excellent English Ability to handle confidential data Strong customer service skills
