IQVIA Technology Solutions develops and markets life sciences-focused enterprise technology solutions including Orchestrated Customer Engagement, Master Data Management, Content Management, Social Listening, BI and Reporting, and Compliance solutions.

The Technology Solutions growth strategy is to partner with strategic third parties to build out our ‘platform of platform’ direction. We look for white spaces in our next generation solutions where adding a partner solution provides differentiation between IQVIA and our partners. Additionally, we also look to partner with go to market providers to assist our sales team on providing world class tools to supplement what IQVIA already offers in the marketplace.

To continue our development of a professional partner program, we are building out the partnerships organization to strategically select, contract with, onboard, and manage relationships with partners that will help us to continue to grow our business. As the Manager of Technology Partnerships, you are a cornerstone of this team and critical to our success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specifically, you will:

• Assigned as the Salesforce portfolio of strategic technology lead for clinical technologies
• Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with globally strategic technology partners across the entire IQVIA Technologies platform
• Ensure internal alignment to partnerships strategy and delivery model
• Provide leadership and guidance to internal stakeholder ecosystem in capitalizing on the platform-of-platforms strategy
• Engage with Product and Sales teams to align on capability needs with our external partners
• Seek to understand capability gaps and/or opportunities across product pillars
• Monitor and identify risks (e.g., financial, competitive, etc.) around partners
• Recommend potential solutions to capability gaps through a build/buy/partner lens
• Manage RFI/RFP processes to acquire new partner technology, assist with negotiating with new and existing partners/vendors on existing or future agreements
• Work with IQVIA legal to put in place contractual arrangements that meet business needs
