Performs technical laboratory activities in support of client studies or procedures at client site.Performs analysis of data for quality and completeness and determines if results are as expected. Records data in compliance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements. Including the followingresponsibilities relate to role,Prepare and analyze samples by LCMS based on existing assays/protocols and record project data.

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Research Associateposition:

Education: B.S./ B.A. degree in a scientific or related field from an accredited college or university is required

Experience: Two to four years of previous laboratory experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or contract laboratory environment

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above

Certification/Licensure: None

Other: Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capabilities. Understanding of regulatory requirements of study types assigned, as well as Testing Facility SOPs and the Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs). Strong organization and prioritization skills are required. An attention to detail and accuracy is a must. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required. Employee must have the ability to communicate effectively in a small group or one-on-one setting. Basic Microsoft skills are required (for example, Word and Excel).
