We are looking for experienced, Salesforce Business Analysts who can both lead and participate on our Salesforce projects. These individuals are key project resources that are client-facing and act as the glue to hold clients, development, and testing team together in cooperation with project management. This is a critical role for our teams' overall success.
Project Duties and Responsibilities
• Participate in or lead business-focused requirements workstreams
o Plan, lead and conduct meetings with the clients to gather requirements and develop user stories for Salesforce projects and improvements
o Conduct meetings to generate new ideas with the development group to effectively include them in the necessities at the organizing level of analysis.
o Supervise or participate in a team of business analysts, depending on the project size.
• Complete User Stories, Business Requirements Documents and Process flow diagrams as necessary to document the clients' needs and appropriate processes.
• Design and assist in creating training material and conducting internal training sessions for business users who are using the functionalities of Salesforce technology.
• Create presentations and visual aids to inspire a better framework of understanding for client meetings.
• Supervise the creation of test cases and test plans in cooperation with the testing team.
• Participate and provide functional context to the User Acceptance Test and/or Validation teams as those workstreams execute
• Outline the organization's hierarchy and create profiles, assign roles and access accordingly in Salesforce; work on the visibility and security settings as are required by the various business groups
• Design different custom dashboards and/or reports as per the user need for different user groups based on their business's functionalities and requirements.
• Work with the technical architect and analysts to develop data migration and loading schemas to move the client's data from their existing systems to Salesforce
Prerequisites
• 5-10 years experience in utilizing Salesforce or comparative CRM Products to create customer or business arrangements
• Experience with Sales and Service Cloud a must
• Experience with Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or other specialized Salesforce modules will be a plus, especially HC and MC
• 5-10 years Industry experience – Must have worked in a life sciences, medical device, or healthcare environment or for those clients. Commercial or Research/Clinical focus are both desired, but not necessarily in the same candidate.
• Hands on experience in designing Salesforce or comparable CRM Product, including work processes, approval principles, and security controls
• Proven capacity utilizing scientific and critical thinking aptitudes in a quickly paced condition
• Detail-oriented individual with the capacity to rapidly increase on new customers, their business needs, and advancements
• Strong introduction, good communication skills (verbal and nonverbal), and relational aptitudes
• Ability to juggle and organize various undertakings inside a collective group condition
• Demonstrates adaptability and readiness to take the necessary steps to take care of business
• A zeal to learn both specialized and practical ranges of abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Experience and Skills
• Experience in utilizing and arranging AppExchange items to build up a viable solution
• Experience in requesting, assembling, and breaking down client information and necessities
• Experience in recording client stories and making to-be process stream charts
• Experience in working together with business partners
• Experience operating in a Agile development environment using the scrum paradigm
• Experience of a Salesforce execution through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Community)
