Job Overview
Manage Treasury department, ensuring compliance with department goals whilst maintaining corporate liquidity and financial stability.

Essential Functions
• Manage treasury operations, short-term borrowing and short-term investments and payments.
• Assess the products, services, technologies and systems that are available and appropriate for treasury departments and apply financial perspective and analysis for business decisions.
• Evaluate and recommend cash management initiatives, changes to bank relationships and day-to-day treasury operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.
• Monitor external bank account usage and make recommendations on closing and opening external accounts.
• Oversee implementation of cash management services.
• Create and maintain enterprise treasury operational policies and recommend improvements to current cash management processes.
• Manage the company’s daily cash position, netting system and fx exposures.
• Conduct short term investing activities.
• Prepare reports for internal and external distribution.
• Prepare hedge accounting entries for fx forwards and interest rate swaps.
• Identify cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  Req
• 10 years’ accounting experience in key functional area Req
• Knowledge of treasury operations (both domestic and international).
• Knowledge of accounting / finance policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of accounting rules, concepts, and regulations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
• Ability to identify financial issues, develop and execute mitigating actions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence others.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
