Technical Lead OCE Sales

We are looking for candidates who have experience with Salesforce platform (including release management and APEX) and can technically lead implementation project in IQVIA OCE Sales (custom application build on the top of salesforce.com platform). 

Profile Requirements and qualifications:

  • Open and problem-solving attitude; willing to learn new things 
  • Very good communication skills  
  • English at least on B2 level 
  • Working experience as development/technical lead 
  • Working experience with Salesforce (please provide the link to your trailblazer profile) 
  • Experience with SFDC release management process and APEX language 
  • Experience in source control tool (preferably Git) 
  • Working experience writing SQL queries or equivalent experience with databases 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel) 

Additional Assets:

  • Web based app development experience (React.js, JavaScript) 
  • Understanding of ETL processes 
  • Experience with object-oriented language (ideally Java or C#) 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for implementing technology solutions for clients  
  • Assume the scope of the project based on the requirements gathering (BRD, CCD, prototype, interface & history data loading) and the proposal and contract key elements (scope, deadline, budget, etc.)  
  • Take responsibility for the delivery and quality of projects (application front end or back end, data, releases installation and performance) within expected schedule, resources and quality commitments  
  • Manage issues faced during the project and propose the best solution or workaround based on the analysis of issues/problem  
  • Request allocation of resources and manage their daily work  
  • Follow up the plan of charges/resources, the planning and the quality of deliverables and provide regular and ad hoc reporting on the project status  
  • Provide direct support and develop the project team  
  • Develop and share his knowledge and abilities with entire team  
  • Follow and improve the organization, procedures and tools
