Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a DSA Assistant Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the proper handling of customers' shipping orders, maintaining facility standards, and supervising staff to ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure staffs are working in accordance with cGMP standards and Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain the drug supply department and all processes in accordance with cGMP guidelines
- Conduct investigations, change control, risk assessment, and ensure business continuity
- Keep the facility and workspaces clean, neat, and tidy
- Complete regular reports pertaining to relevant work areas
- Assist in Project Management, Labelling and Packaging when necessary
- Plan and schedule works within DSA team, and develop training program/curriculum
- Initiate and implement new procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the Distribution process
- Provide supervisory guidance/advice to DSA team members ensuring service levels are met
- Assist management in any other matters as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder or relevant experience in Logistics/Warehousing industry
- Good knowledge and experience in process improvement and logistics operation with proven results
- Computer-literate and meticulous in work
- Analytical, technical, and proven ability to communicate and lead
- Good working knowledge of inventory and administrative systems (Warehouse management systems, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English literacy and basic numeracy
Work Schedule:
- Core hours: 0830 AM to 1730 PM, additional hours as required
- On-site working environment
