The Role:

You will be a key part of the Cyber Security team which is central to everything we do in ICON. You will have strong expertise in the technologies listed below but have strong collaborative skills and flourish in a dynamic environment constantly working with latest technologies.

To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:

• Expertise in Azure, Identity Management and Active Directory
• Experience deploying Azure SSO, MFA, B2B, B2C
• 3+ years with OpenID, OAuth, SAML and identity in general
• 3+ years with Azure AD, AAD Connect, Active Directory
• Experience in designing and implementing Active Directory (and Azure Active Directory)
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V) platforms
• Azure, knowledge of: IaaS platform, Infrastructure as Code, Governance, Azure Active Directory \ Identity Management
• Excellent PowerShell or other scripting language, and Kusto skills
• Good experience with system integration using modern technologies, e.g., REST API, specifically MS Graph API and Log Analytics API
• Experience configuring policies relating to Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM, and MCAS
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Automation, or Logic Apps
• Highly skilled in writing clean, reusable, and efficient code
• Knowledge of Passwordless implementations, including FIDO2, Windows Hello for Business, and the Microsoft Authenticator App
• Deep knowledge and understanding of technology and staying relevant with the latest technology advancements and trends
• Knowledge of Identity Access management solutions and protocols
• Knowledge of Azure infrastructure, implementation, and security
• Knowledgeable in cloud-based document management products
• Azure Active Directory Application Proxy
• Azure AD Connect Health
• Azure Active Directory Conditional Access
• Terms of Use
• Azure AD B2B
• Prove ability to manage large scale strategic operations spanning time zones and countries
• Azure AD Connect directory synchronization (with password writeback and password hash sync)
• Design and implementation of various aspects of Azure AD cloud Identity and Access Management platform
• Design and implementation of Custom user onboarding and user experience flows
• Design, develop, and implement Security solutions for internal and external applications access controls.
• Design, develop and manage all aspects of Azure Application services, APIM and API access controls.
• Design and implement Conditional application access controls.
• Design and implement B2B and B2C solutions that work across web and mobile platforms both iOS and Android.
• Design and integrate Azure AD with external identity providers like Google and Apple.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Azure Active Directory IAM experience
• 2+ years of experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS services
• Deep knowledge of MSAL and Microsoft Graph APIs
• Experience in implanting AAD B2B and B2C solutions across web and mobile platforms. Integration experience with third party identity providers like Good, Apple, Facebook is preferable.
• Experience implementing OAuth, SAML and Open ID connect authentication.
• Experience defining security claims and JWT token management.
• Experience building custom login and onboarding workflows.
• Enthusiastic learner with the ability to keep up to date on ever evolving azure cloud services.
• With good interpersonal skills to work with cross functional partners across other technology organizations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail
