El modelo de "atención habitual" en Gotemburgo incluye controles de salud anuales para personas con trastornos psicóticos. Los pacientes asisten a dos visitas de 60 minutos para evaluaciones como análisis de sangre, presión arterial y controles de peso, cuyos resultados se evalúan utilizando puntos de referencia estándar o algoritmos de riesgo como SCORE2. Los médicos pueden sugerir derivaciones a atención primaria o recomendar cambios en el estilo de vida, incluidos ajustes en la dieta, el ejercicio o el consumo de sustancias.
