JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Serves as Human Resource advisor to managers and supervisors as a point of contact.
  • Responsible for partnering with the business for Human Resource functions and consulting/grievances.
  • Advises managers, supervisors and team members on policy, guidelines and team member performance actions and assists in identifying opportunities to improve individual, team and business performance.
  • Assures compliance with all regulatory and corporate/audit requirements.
  • Conduct regular touch base with department leads and recognize HR-related issues for immediate resolution.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigation in a timely manner.
  • Provides frequent performance management guidance to superiors in terms of coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actions.
  • Work closely with leads and employees to improve compliance, work relationship, build morale, increase productivity and retention by applying HR expertise.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR colleagues to develop solutions, programs and policies, whichever is applicable.Proactively sell HR projects and initiatives, ensuring management and employee buy-ins, to achieve wider business goals.
  • Responsible for fostering an inclusive culture and strong team member experience, developing reward and recognition strategies and pay programs at the management and team member levels, and measuring performance in support of organizational goals.
  • Conduct SKIP level discussions, HR Orientation and other activities that will promote employee engagement.
  • Help in identifying training needs and participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.
  • Involvement in formulating recruitment strategies for selection of individuals that is culture-fit and is best suited to the job as preferred and directed by long-term plans.
  • Performs related functions as assigned by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate
  • A minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience, with at least 1 year HR generalist experience 
  • Background in all HR Facet
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs
  • Candidate must be articulate, has good conceptual skills, self-driven, proactive, a team player, has  ability to influence stakeholders
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadline
  • Must be willing to work in different shifts
  • Amenable to work in either McKinley Hill
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
