Labcorp is looking for aMaturite Professionelle Employe(e) de Commerce Intern for a 1-year contract.
Your responsibilities will include:Provide administrative support to the business and consult with other LabCorp departments as needed
Load any site information in Zavacor and Workfront systems
Investigator Support escalation for query resolution: help Investigator Support team and Regional Study Coordinators by finding contact either via XIP user or via public folders and updating Zavacor when contact is the best SC on site for query resolution
Database updates
Basic Data Revisions: ordering a group, cancellation, change a patient identifier
Ensure compliance with departmental guidelines and company standards
Adhere to management communications, meetings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other documents effectively and in a timely manner
Assist and support management in the implementation of global processes and procedures
Maintain global communication and coordination with all LabCorp units regarding service definitions/changes for global processes
Manage day-to-day tasks related to the departmental internal communication
Work with management and/or designated team members to ensure prioritization of the tasks linked to the defined responsibilities
Participate in team tasks related to planning, and departmental team issue resolution
Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity

Education/Qualifications:High School Diploma
Ability to use computer and office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, MS-Access and Outlook)
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Intermediate level in English, French is an asset
