Job responsibilities include:

 

As a key member of Alliance Management Department, you will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):

 Act as a consultant to scientific or study delivery resources to increase efficiency Make recommendations that improve study design and logistical effectiveness Review draft protocol to ensure feasibility Provide a concierge type service to all levels of client staff including science, study delivery, data managers, and affiliate personnel (e.g., Client partner laboratory) Collaborate with Covance-CLS Global Study Managers and Clinical Sample Scientists to monitor study budgets throughout the life of a trial Create a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity through consistency in global partnership processes and procedures Monitor, track, manage and ensure resolution of all issues and concerns in collaboration with the Covance Project Management team and/or Alliance Leader Educate and train study teams on Covance services and processes Establish cross-functional mechanisms to increase communication, accountability, and understanding of deliverables globally Education/Qualifications:Bachelor, Master degree or quivalent, in medical, technical or laboratory related science Experience:Minimum of 3 years industry related experience Demonstrated strong customer service skills and client expertise Demonstrated a high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively Excellent written, verbal skill in English trong interpersonal skills Strong planning, organizational, negotiation and problem solving skills
