maanantai 1. kesäkuuta 2026 päivittänyt: Galderma R&D
Monikeskus, avoin, yhden ryhmän kliininen tutkimus nemolitsumabin (CD14152) farmakokinetiikan, turvallisuuden ja tehon arvioimiseksi lapsipotilailla (2–11-vuotiaat), joilla on kohtalainen tai vaikea atooppinen ihottuma
Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on arvioida nemolitsumabin farmakokinetiikkaa (PK), tehoa ja turvallisuutta lapsipotilailla, joilla on kohtalainen tai vaikea atooppinen dermatiitti (AD).

AESI was noteworthy TEAE for study drug that was to be monitored closely and reported promptly.
Relatedness to study drug was based on Investigator's discretion.
AEs Leading to study treatment withdrawal and AEs Leading to study withdrawal will also be reported.
