Inclusiecriteria:

  • Chronische AD die ten minste 6 maanden is gedocumenteerd voor deelnemers in de leeftijd van 2-6 jaar en ten minste 1 jaar voor deelnemers in de leeftijd van 7-11 jaar voorafgaand aan het screeningsbezoek en bevestigd volgens de consensuscriteria van de American Academy of Dermatology op het moment van de screening bezoek
  • EASI-score >=16 bij zowel screening- als basisbezoeken
  • IGA-score >=3 bij zowel screening- als basisbezoeken
  • AD-betrokkenheid>=10% van BSA bij zowel screening- als basisbezoeken
  • Piek (maximale) PP NRS-score van ten minste 4,0 bij zowel screening- als basisbezoeken
