Eine multizentrische, offene klinische Einzelgruppenstudie zur Bewertung der Pharmakokinetik, Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit von Nemolizumab (CD14152) bei pädiatrischen Probanden (im Alter von 2 bis 11 Jahren) mit mittelschwerer bis schwerer atopischer Dermatitis
Der Zweck dieser Studie ist die Beurteilung der Pharmakokinetik (PK), Wirksamkeit und Sicherheit von Nemolizumab bei pädiatrischen Teilnehmern mit mittelschwerer bis schwerer atopischer Dermatitis (AD).

Einschlusskriterien:
- Chronische AD, die für mindestens 6 Monate bei Teilnehmern im Alter von 2–6 Jahren und mindestens 1 Jahr bei Teilnehmern im Alter von 7–11 Jahren vor dem Screening-Besuch dokumentiert und gemäß den Konsenskriterien der American Academy of Dermatology zum Zeitpunkt des bestätigt wurde Screening-Besuch
- EASI-Score >=16 sowohl bei Screening- als auch Baseline-Besuchen
- IGA-Score >=3 sowohl bei Screening- als auch Baseline-Besuchen
- AD-Beteiligung >= 10 % der BSA sowohl bei Screening- als auch Baseline-Besuchen
- Maximaler (maximaler) PP-NRS-Score von mindestens 4,0 sowohl bei Screening- als auch bei Baseline-Besuchen
- Stimmen Sie zu, während der gesamten Studie ab dem Screening-Besuch täglich und bei Bedarf großzügig eine Feuchtigkeitscreme aufzutragen; stimmen Sie zu, ein autorisiertes topisches Kortikosteroid (TCS) ab dem Screening-Besuch und während der gesamten Studie anzuwenden, wie vom Prüfarzt als angemessen festgelegt

Ausschlusskriterien:
- Körpergewicht unter 10 Kilogramm (kg)
- Betreuungskind: ein Kind, das von Gerichten, der Regierung oder einer Regierungsbehörde unter die Kontrolle oder den Schutz einer Behörde, Organisation, Institution oder Körperschaft gestellt wurde, die in Übereinstimmung mit den ihnen per Gesetz oder Verordnung übertragenen Befugnissen handeln
- Teilnehmer mit einer aktuellen Krankengeschichte von chronischer Bronchitis
- Bedarf einer Rettungstherapie für AD während der Einlaufphase oder voraussichtlicher Bedarf einer Rettungstherapie innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach dem Basisbesuch
- Positive serologische Ergebnisse für Hepatitis-B-Oberflächenantigen (HBsAg) oder Hepatitis-B-Core-Antikörper (HBcAb), Hepatitis-C-(HCV)-Antikörper mit positivem Bestätigungstest für HCV (Beispiel: Polymerase-Kettenreaktion [PCR]) oder Humanes Immunschwächevirus (HIV) Antikörper beim Screening-Besuch
- Vorgeschichte einer lymphoproliferativen Erkrankung, Überempfindlichkeit (einschließlich Anaphylaxie) gegen ein Immunglobulinprodukt und Intoleranz gegenüber niedrig- oder mittelstarken topischen Kortikosteroiden
- Bekannte oder vermutete Immunsuppression
- Teilnehmer, die nicht bereit sind, während der klinischen Studie auf die Verwendung verbotener Medikamente zu verzichten.
