Essential Functions

  • Leads the development of best class capabilities, offerings and services for our supplier services customers allowing them to monitor, grow and expand according to their business goals.
  • Leads cross functional teams to ensure that the offerings meet customer needs, are economically and technically viable and deliverable.
  • Bring external thought leadership to bear in Supplier Services client environment. Recognizes impact of developments in industry that may influence IQVIA products, services or trends and applies knowledge to offering development and business line strategy recommendations.
  • Enhance the Account manager execution with new materials & learnings that will help teams better communicate our capabilities
  • Develops and implements the marketing strategy and supports the department’s strategic goals such as our data for data expense containment strategy.
  • Enhance, maintain and manage of a set of syndicated offerings (PBI, CLS, CSR), including adding new features, QC and training.
  • Use analytical skills to advise internal teams on appropriate ways of providing, positioning and fulfilling client requests.
  • Is recognized as the thought leader for SS on the offerings, both internally and externally. Interact with colleagues across the supplier services group and IQVIA to discover new and innovative ideas.
  • Perceived as product expert interdepartmentally and ensure product education for relevant audiences.

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 7 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Requires broad management knowledge to lead teams, and well as the ability to influence others outside of own job area
  • In-depth understanding & experience working with IQVIA’s data sets (real-world patient data, prescription, sales, managed care, and reference assets) and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Superior analytical skills and demonstrated track record of success in managing the delivery of analytic/consulting engagements
  • Consultative skills
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills; both oral and written.  Ability to effectively present, engage & manage the dialogue in small and large group senior audience settings
  • Strong presence, ability to elicit command of a topic & room, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build client relationships
