Evidera, a PPD business offering, is expecting growth across the global enterprise and proactively looking for future HR leaders to further champion ongoing transformation, specifically for Poland. Our HR Leader in Poland would support the development of our operations across Poland and assigned Central and Eastern European countries. The role ensures the execution of global HR practices, in adherence to company policies, employment law and regulations. The role acts as the senior HR business partner for client groups in Poland, and assigned countries, being directly involved in strategic and relevant guidance and expertise through cultural or legal knowledge. This role may have direct reports depending on final structure.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Provides expert service which supports the business in meeting its objectives, influences decision making and facilitates the effective people management activitiesContributes broadly to HR function development. Acts as project lead within and beyond assigned territorial area of responsibility;Initiates, develops and implements resource, performance management, employee relations, reward and succession planning activities within designated area; Works with client group as a champion on evolving the business

Provides advice on employee relations, employment law implications and the design and delivery of organizational changesParticipates in internal initiatives to advance Evidera/PPD processes and procedures.

Ideally the successful candidate will have: Degree qualified or equivalent; professional HRM qualified or Higher HRM academic qualificationExtensive previous HR experience, preference toward those with multi-country exposure, as well as experience supporting groups through change and transition

Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. International experience with strong cultural awarenessSuperior skills in English languageExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectivelyExtensive HR Generalist experience, including resolution of complex employee relations issues and evidence of design and delivery of organizational change initiativesKnowledge and or/ understanding of the industry would be an advantage
