Job Overview

The Service Operations Lead provides high quality, timely development and on-time input to solutions for service delivery, managed services, or DevOps-oriented projects. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to leading small teams.  Service Operations Lead contributes to meeting client satisfaction objectives. Develops modules and low level designs while monitoring technical quality standards of onshore / offshore resources.Essential Functions• Performs basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify issues and develop solutions.

• Acting as a senior BA, validates the client deliverables and directs the work of an offshore project team.

•It may be needed to assist with the review and analysis of client requirements/problems and proposal development.• Develops detailed documentation and specifications.• Assists in design and structures of presentations.• Develops a basic knowledge of services and consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.• Develops an awareness of IQVIA technology solutions and how they would be utilized in client scenarios.• Engagement based responsibilities are assigned and closely managed by Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals.Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree  Req• 5-8 years of related experience Req• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area.• Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors.• Experience in managing small teams or at least coaching junior colleagues.• Effective time management skills.Essential General Technical Skills And Knowledge• Proficiency in databases and data integration techniques (SQL, ETL tools)• Proficiency in one of the main reporting tools (PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau, Cognos, BO)• Fluency in English and one EU language. The knowledge of additional EU languages is a plus.Essential Personal Skills and Behaviors• Keen attention to detail and a quality focused mindset• Strong oral and written communication skills• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks• Exhibits a comfort level in customer facing situations when necessary• Analytical and problem solving skills• Proven ability to work with teams (local & international)
