As a Principal Study Innovation Manager you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

The Principal Study Innovation Manager (Program Lead, Patient Recruitment) will be responsible for the development of Global Recruitment and Retention strategy across assigned programs. The Principal Study Innovation Manager (Program Lead, Patient Recruitment) will develop and implement a strategy that enables Clinical Trial Management (CTM) team to deliver on enrollment goals.

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive and innovative global patient recruitment and retention strategy that enables efficient engagement, recruitment and retention of clinical trial participants
  • Partner with feasibility program lead to provide a consistent and seamless handoff from operational feasibility to enrollment planning
  • Leverage available sources to evaluate past and current landscape, patient journey map, patient ID strategy and patient experience plan
  • Ownership of the preparation and execution of global patient facing material
  • Present strategy session to inform Clinical Trial Management and Medical team of strategy options and appropriate hand-off of strategy execution items
  • Accountable for vetting and recommending patient recruitment vendors in partnership with Vendor Management team
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators to track recruitment and retention strategy impact
  • Contribute to process improvement activities within patient recruitment group
  • Contribute to creation of centralized repository for program and study support tactics ad tools
  • May be responsible for mentoring junior staff
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience working within patient recruitment/retention and clinical trials
  • A good understanding of ICH / GCP guidelines
  • Demonstration of cross-functional understanding related to drug development
  • In-depth experience with drug development enrollment scenarios
  • Previous experience managing third party external service providers
