The M365 Developer should have experience developing and customizing solutions built on SharePoint/M365 components. Should have worked on end-to-end Implementation projects on O365 platform.  Overall, the Developer should have extremely strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of O365/SharePoint/PowerPlatform capability, and experience in governance and management of the tool.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Minimum of 6 years of experience as a developer using SharePoint online and other M365 tools. Client interaction and understanding business application, business data flow and migration from SP 2010 or 2013 to SharePoint Online is desirable.

Design/Develop/Document solutions for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint using Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) and SPfx. 

• Develop and troubleshoot on SharePoint (On-prem and SharePoint Online). 
• Interact with project team to deliver solutions based upon gathered requirements. 
• Provide technical assistance in system maintenance, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, monitoring performance measures, change management in a multi-platform environment. 
• Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with Azure logic Apps.
• Solid understanding on security and governance, permissions, external sharing of Modern SharePoint Online (O365 group connected Sites/OOTB Team sites)
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment.
• Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines / timelines and budgets.
• Ability to grasp modern technology quickly.
• Should have experience identifying process gaps and provide information/resolution to resolve those.
• Should have the mindset of automation and reducing manual effort.

Preferred background:

• 6+ years working in O365 SharePoint Environment
• Working experience with SPFx and React.  
• Working experience with Microsoft (Office) 365 Suite. 
• Working experience with Microsoft Teams. 
• Working experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). 
• Experience with Developing solutions in Azure a plus. 
• Scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Jelly) and Rest API experience preferred.
• Certified O365/SharePoint a plus.
