Account Manager (Sales representative, Instruments and Enterprise Services)

  • Products: Service items related to (1) Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry - major(2) Chemical Analysis(3) Laboratory Products
  • Major work scope: Service Sales toward (1) Instruments and Enterprise Services(2) Multi-Vendor Service(3) Relocation Service(4) Asset Management Service

What will you do

  • Responsibility of sales activities for AOP Achievement
  • Introducing and selling service items to customers(Contracts, PMOQ, Enterprise services)
  • Maintain Key end users relationship.
  • Provide timely quotes and requisitions for ThermoFisher customers
  • Lead and Assist in maintaining service revenue and service procedures.
  • Effectively liaise with other departments in a professional manner as required to communicate
  • To solve of problems and issues relating post instrument sales.
  • Protect company property and data.
  • Develop a key account list with key contacts, products used – with phone, e-mail as appropriate.

How will you get there

  • At least +5 years working experience in a commercial environment.
  • More than 7 years of experience is preferred.
  • Background in related industries is plus (Chemistry, Pharma, Physics, Semiconductor, Display, Analytics, and Bio)
  • Preferential experience in selling instruments or service items
  • English skills: Intermediate level or above
  • Computer skills : Intermediate level or above(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
