Application Support Analyst III

• Responsibilities

• System Configuration and Optimization:
  • Configure and customize Oracle Financials modules to align with business requirements.
  • Continuously optimize system performance to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Business Process Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze financial processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and translate them into Oracle Financials solutions.
• Requirements Gathering:
  • Work closely with end-users to gather and document functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into system specifications and configurations.
• Implementation and Support:
  • Lead or contribute to the implementation of Oracle Financials modules and enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Training and Documentation:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on Oracle Financials functionality.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Oracle Financials modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct system integration testing.

• Qualifications:

  Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) as an Oracle Financials Functional Analyst.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach to working within cross-functional teams.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable outcomes.
• Adaptability:
