How will you make an impact?

The Senior Vendor Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring vendors meet the organization’s compliance requirements. Through close collaboration with internal and external partners, this role is responsible for effectively executing the supplier engagement process to ensure adherence to both product compliance and sustainability compliance matters. This individual plays a crucial role in maintaining high compliance standards across the supply chain by proactively monitoring vendor adherence to regulatory requirements.

What will you do?

  • Execute the supplier engagement process for all matters linked to compliance, including Human Rights, Product compliance activity such as PFAS, and carbon footprint reporting from our supply base supporting CBAM.
  • Communicate and guide vendors on sustainability data requirements, ensuring they understand and comply timely with requests.
  • Complete the tracking system to ensure reporting is accurate and updated.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external team members. Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals and ensure effective cross-functional communication.
  • Identify areas within the process that can be improved using data analysis and a deep understanding of the process,
  • Support other suppliers' reach-out activities that impact the company's reputation.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts on more complex projects and requests.

Education

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • High level of English language proficiency (verbal and written).

Experience

  • Clear communicator who maintains a high level of professionalism with internal and external stakeholders, able to structure ideas clearly and concisely with functional partners at various levels of the organization.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail aligned with high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with solid attention to detail.
  • Experience in a continuous improvement environment with a track record of achieving significant year-over-year results.
