Our Global Investigator Grants team is responsible forestablishing effective relationships with the clients to ensure the finalization of global investigator grant budgets and payments schedules for the international clinical trials.
We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our Global Site Contracts Team as a:
Contract Coordinator
The primary purpose and objective of the Contract Coordinator position is to work with and assist the Contract Analysts in the completion and execution of contracts with clinical study sites and principal investigators ("Clinical Trial Agreements").
Main responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Preparation and monitoring of Clinical Trial Agreements from initial site contact through execution of agreements (the "CTA Process");
Maintain and handle open lines of communication between PPD clinical teams and investigator sites during the CTA Process;
Provide technical and administrative support to Contract Analysts during the CTA Process.
Education and Experience:
High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic understanding of budget preparation and budget negotiations
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail with a proven ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
Proven ability to correctly prioritize multiple tasks will minimal supervision
Proven ability to meet aggressive timelines
Ability to firmly understand and adher to PPD and Client SOPs, WPDs and otherregulations for all aspects of project implementation, execution and closeout
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
