Job Description
Responsibility:
- Collaborate with senior management to define the strategic objectives and goals of the organization and translate them into actionable programs, including STRAP, AOP planning, A3 deployment, etc.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic programs, including defining program scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Work with marketing intelligence to monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Explore high growth markets typically involves conducting research and analysis to identify industries or sectors that are experiencing rapid expansion and offer significant opportunities for investment or business expansion.
- Supervise, communicate, and analyze large opportunities wins and loss. Identify and recommend actionable marketing plans to address market demands.
- Collaborate and support global strategic marketing function where there’s need. Lead monthly China Market Updates, and China quarterly competition landscape.
- Support any other strategic programs as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
- At least 3 years in consulting firm, with above 2 years in-house experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics are essential, including proficiency in market research, consumer behavior analysis, branding, product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Being able to identify market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and develop effective marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Sharp learning curve to quickly catch up with multiple product lines and completed applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, being able to create compelling marketing materials and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Proven success leading strategic planning, growth initiatives, and/or operational enhancement engagements.
- Experience in managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, making sound decisions and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
