Responsibilities:

Strictly adhere to manufacturing procedures, ensuring flawless execution of production tasks
Compete daily production assignments in a timely and efficient manner
Determine and implement adjustments to production processes as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime

Requirements:

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
Ambitious and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly
