Position Summary:

As Sr. Director, Talent Management, you play a key role in ensuring our company has the talent strategies and pipeline needed to support our strategic growth objectives. Candidate will collaborate with the critical capabilities leaders and talent enablement to plan and deliver a coordinated strategy supports our company. Ensure we attract, develop, and retain outstanding talent in alignment with our core talent processes and programs. Deliver on comprehensive talent enablement strategies that align with our organizational goals. Accountable from design to implementation of our talent enablement initiatives that support the growth and development of our employees

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for leadership and management of the talent management team delivering the following for our critical capabilities and talent enablement!
  • A talent strategy that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and ensures a strong pipeline of talent
  • Identify and define the key critical capabilities required for identified critical capabilities, ensuring alignment across the organization
  • Talent assessment and succession planning processes to identify top potential colleagues supported by comprehensive development plans
  • Stay informed about industry trends, and new technologies and make recommendations for incorporating relevant advancements
  • Measure the efficiency of critical capability development initiatives, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement
  • Establish key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent processes, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage technology solutions and automation to streamline talent processes, improve data integrity, and enable data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in talent management within a large global organization
  • Validated ability to develop, communicate and implement talent strategies linked to business strategy and based in talent analytics
  • Prior experience leading teams within a matrix environment
  • Excellent leadership and relationship management skills with demonstrable track record to influence at multiple levels and lead executive level discussions

  • Validated business and strategic acuity to make connections between business needs and talent action
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with a confirmed ability to influence and achieve effective solutions
  • Pragmatic, structured approach to moving ideas into concrete solutions.
