Job summary

This position will be work as corporate marcom business partner, responsible for driving marketing communications activities & campaigns in line with both division business and corporate branding objectives, handling the messaging and communications around marketing events and initiatives, including but not limited to following key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a member of the corporate marcom BP for division business, give to the development of MKT strategic and tactical coordinated marketing plans, to achieve objectives based on division marketing strategies.
• Lead outstanding marketing execution for division MarCom events based on project team management,  multi-function collaborations and streamlined process development.
• Work with division MKT team to generate customer communications with integrated marketing tools and channels, including tradeshows, seminars, webinars, printed materials, media/social media contents, digital interaction programs, etc. for specific message communication and demand generation purpose.
• Partners with cross team colleagues to ensure wider promotions of consistent corporate strategic messages and tone of voice.
• Understand the brand positioning in the market and support marketing campaigns and contents with clear and accurate branding visual applications
• Effectively control and track marketing expense
• Effectively lead and coordinate vendors of event operation and creation services.

Critical Proficiencies to Drive Business Results:

• 3+ years experience of related B2B Customer Marketing communications
• Knowledge of critical metrics and marketing techniques for campaign management
• Good communication and negotiation ability
• A curiosity about problem-solving
• Open-minded, persistent and collaborative with ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
