Clinical Operations Manager

As a Clinical Operations Manager within our Global Site Network group, you will oversee the management of the local site teams with a focus on driving forward t quality of service, high patient recruitment and expedited start up times across our site network.

You oversee the relationship with our key local affiliated clinical sites and provide line management for country staff. In addition, you will implement process improvement initiatives to drive forward to success of the group.

The role

Maintain high performing team including performance reviews with staff, ensure effective training and development opportunities for team membersOversee site relationship with various internal and external stakeholders Manage a clear reporting process for projectsImplement continuous review of process improvementAct as the point of escalation for site management activitiesCollaborate with our centralized Site Network team based in the UK on global projectParticipate in bid defense meeting, as and when applicable

What you need

Preferred industry experience in clinical research, ideally in a Site Management OrganisationPreferred line management experienceAwareness and understanding of Clinical Research protocols and demands, ideally understanding ICH-GCPStrong verbal and written skills, executive presence and good business acumenBachelor's Degree in medicine, science or business/ communication, or your equivalent working experienceWillingness to travel up to 20% as needed
