As a member of the Recruitment Systems team within the HRIS group, this role will support Workday Talent Acquisition as well as have accountability for other modules and/or 3rd Party Vendor Hosted systems used in the recruiting organization.  This role will work independently to support day to day activity as well as support key initiatives & projects.   

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in projects to expand Workday Recruiting and implement/support related systems (CRM, Background Check Vendors, Assessments, etc.)
  • Workday system administration to support configuration, testing and trouble shooting
  • Support bi-annual Workday releases to review new functionality and test impacts to current configuration
  • Provide overall system support and troubleshoot issues raised by Talent Acquisition and candidates within agreed SLAs
  • Provide training to new recruiters and users to respective systems
  • Maintain training documents to ensure current and relevant to functionality being used
  • Support global job boards to assist with set up, support and implementation of job postings, branding, access, reporting and troubleshooting

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Workday HRIS experience especially Talent Acquisition
  • Strong project & problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service & communication
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of HRIS experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
