Application Support Analyst

1. Work with NOC/SOC to provide 24/7 availability of our service offerings
2. Develop automation and orchestration capabilities which will allow monitoring team to operate at scale
3. Develop support and document automated build of monitoring instrumentation using platforms like Solarwinds and Prometheus
4. Document platform issues/problems for incidents requiring system changes
5. Ensure comprehensive monitoring of all systems including creation of dashboards (Solarwinds and Grafana) for internal use
6. Work on the assigned projects as per the requirement of the team
7. Participate in development and delivery of new service offerings based on Solarwinds, Prometheus and Grafana
8. Provide training  and mentoring to new team members
9. Ensure that systems documentation and CMDB are kept up to date
10. Participation in on-call rotation for monitoring platform related issues
