Job Description:
This position will be responsible to demo the system to the client, capture requirements, define best practices, implement basic and custom configurations and/or customizations on the system and lead activities related to our CRM system (OCE) on projects or daily activities. Assure high quality deliveries on projects and daily activities, act as a customer's consultant driving the customer on the best implementation approach, design and implement best - long term - sustainable - scalable solutions + internal/external data sources + customer's proprietary and/or third party solutions. Must be a hands-on resource, focus on quality and delivery on time the results expected. Customer facing abilities to handle technical product presentations when needed.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related discipline
- Basic knowledge of systems configuration and customization with a minimum of two (2) years of experience
- English communication skills - written and verbal (advanced level)
- Excellent communication skills

- Proactivity (hands on)

- Collecting and writing business requirements
- Documentation skills

- Salesforce Admin Knowledge
